superbills
When participating in services with Emerging Strengths, your credit card is charged through the secure client portal within 24 hours of the service. Superbills are detailed receipts of these payments, and are provided to you through the portal on the 10th of every month. You are encouraged to reach out to your insurance company ahead of time to confirm that they reimburse for out of network mental health services. Learn from your insurance representative the company's specific procedures for submitting superbills, as each company has a different process. If the superbill is submitted and approved, the reimbursement goes straight from the insurance company to you. To learn more about this, and confirm your out of network eligibility, please call your insurance company directly.
